We hope you love every dreamy detail of your order from She Reads Bookshop—but if something’s not right, here’s how to request a return.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• In original condition (unused, unopened)
• In original packaging (for bundles, merch, etc.)
• Not marked as final sale or custom/personalized
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order # or confirmation email)
📚 Books are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Books
• Personalized or custom items (e.g., embroidered totes)
• Book bundles
• Sale items or gift cards
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at shereadsbookshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos if possible. We’ll make it right.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way is to purchase the new one and request a return for the original (if eligible).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
